Omariman Limited was incorporated in Kenya in December 2020: a women owned firm created to give public institutions one partner who can research, build, digitise and document, and then answer for all of it.
We watched too many public programmes stall in the gaps between specialists: the study finished but nothing built, the building done but never documented, the system delivered but never adopted.
So we assembled the disciplines that programmes actually need under one roof. Since 2020 that model has carried more than 30 assignments for over 15 public institutions across Kenya and Somalia, most of them inside programmes financed by the World Bank, with a combined value above USD 7.2 million.
Our registered office is in Mandera, our operations run from Nairobi, and our field office in Mogadishu serves Federal Government of Somalia programmes. That footprint is deliberate. We work best in the arid counties and recovering regions where delivery is hardest and the need is greatest.
