We start where the client is: reading the programme documents, walking the sites and agreeing exactly what done looks like before work begins.

Build

Mobilisation and delivery

Teams, materials and tools move on a plan. Field leads report against milestones weekly, and problems surface early instead of at handover.

Verify

Evidence and assurance

Nothing is claimed without proof. Deliverables are tested, inspected and documented, with photographic and data trails clients can audit.

Hand over

Reporting and transfer

We finish properly: final reports, training, manuals and clean transfer to the people who will run what we built long after we leave.

Where we work

At home in the places others call hard to reach.

We are registered in Mandera, run operations from Nairobi and keep a field office in Mogadishu. Most of our work sits inside government programmes financed by the World Bank, in arid counties and post conflict settings where delivery is hardest and matters most.
